Our Grilled scallop with butter and soy sauce is carefully prepared one by one, and grilled over the charcoal after the order is placed. Just one bite of this great dish will make everyone smile. The freshly caught sea urchin is air flown from Hokkaido everyday. They crack open the shell and serve it as sashimi right at the store.
*Charcoal grilled sea urchin also available upon request.
