Established in 1925, Takahashi Shokuhin is a Tofu specialist with two shops in Kuromon Market.
Our Tofu is handmade using selected ingredients and full of rich sweetness and umami. Our Tofu is made fresh twice daily and we have many homemade tofu products such as Sesame tofu, Egg tofu, fresh Yuba and more.

We have delicious firm tofu and silk tofu, both made with special mineral water. Try our different kinds of tofu and tasty deep fried delicacies too!
Creamy, rich homemade soy milk is a big hit. It's popular with many health conscious customers.
