1. Stone milled Soba noodles and Udon noodles made with wheat from Hokkaido. All hand made.
2. Dashi broth with fresh bonito flakes made locally and cooked every morning by our master chefs.
3. Select local chicken, beef, pork, eggs and other ingredients.
Our menu has something delicious to satisfy everyone, set meals, Bentos, a la carte menu and alcohol as well.
