1. Stone milled Soba noodles and Udon noodles made with wheat from Hokkaido. All hand made.
2. Dashi broth with fresh bonito flakes made locally and cooked every morning by our master chefs.
3. Select local chicken, beef, pork, eggs and other ingredients.
Our menu has something delicious to satisfy everyone, set meals, Bentos, a la carte menu and alcohol as well.
Great for individuals, small groups or large parties!
Sweet and spicy with a great rich taste, served with rice, egg and pickles - 800 yen.
Omi brand chicken and carefully selected eggs, cooked perfectly with our delicious dashi broth.
Comes with mini udon or soba noodles - 800 yen.
