Our recommended dish is the Maguro Nishu-don Rice Bowl topped with a luxurious mix of fatty and lean cuts of fresh, raw Pacific bluefin tuna. Also popular is the Salmon and Roe Rice Bowl (Salmon Ikura-don), which is made with fleshy Atlantic salmon and Hokkaido-grown salted salmon roe. At the storefront, we sell our popular seafood rice crackers.
