Our delicious Udon with beautifully blended dashi has a traditional taste from bonito flakes and kombu.
We offer traditional home made Udon with authentic and traditional taste.

Our signature Gomoku Udon (or Soba) topped with giant prawn tempura, thin fried tofu, herring, seaweed and mushrooms. Large servings! 800YEN. Seasoned rice, additional 200yen.
40 years in Kuromon Market, Minato holds on to the traditional method of cooking their dashi.
